Orientation, Size and Limits by Optical means
The image analysis software OSLO is used during production for optical analysis of manufactured parts for quality control. The software analyzes the parts optically using a high resolution camera, evaluates critical measures and transmits the results to the process control system. If a robot is used, parts out of specifications can be excluded automatically. The results are stored in an SQL database and are therefore available for further analysis.
